One of our clients, an international manufacturing contract services firm, seeks a Quality Assurance Manager for an excellent growth opportunity. Responsibilities and requirements are outlined below:


  • Analyze, evaluate and present information concerning business factors, production capabilities, manufacturing issues, economic trends and design and development of new products for consideration by other members of management team
  • Develop initial and subsequent modifications of product assurance program to delineate areas of responsibility, personnel requirements and operational procedures within program.
  • Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management.
  • Assess the adequacy of data gathering methods utilized by the workcells.
  • Assure that procedures and work instructions are efficient
  • Offer new ideas and suggestions for improvement.
  • Identify and implement new practices and processes that are “best in field.”
  • Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet, and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues a priority.
  • Understand and drive regulatory and compliance certifications as appropriate (i.e. regulatory requirements surrounding ISO9000, ISO14000, QS9000 etc.)
  • Establish new measurement systems if/where possible.
  • Ensure 100% adherence to all company policies and procedures (i.e. Health and Safety, Quality).
  • Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position


  • Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent
  • Several years experience with cutting edge quality systems
  • Several years managerial experience in a quality assurance department role
  • Six Sigma Black Belt and/or Lean certification preferred.
  • High volume manufacturing expertise
