Houston technical sales recruitment agency seeks a Regional Sales Manager

Kappa Search Inc. is a technical recruiting firm that specializes in engineering, technology, operations and technical sales & marketing recruitment and placement. We are currently recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager as follows: The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for selling our clients manufactured products that relate to analyzer products.

Responsibilities: 

  • The sales manager will be responsible for the South Western United States, West Coast, and South America territory.
  • Responsible for developing business, penetrating new markets, as well as managing existing accounts.
  • Work effectively in a team oriented environment.
  • Addresses internal and/or external customer needs in a timely manner
  • Will be selling gas analyzing equipment
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Consistently hit quarterly goals and strive to be exceed expectations
  • Identify market trends and forecast for future expectations

 Requirements

  • Bachelors degree, technical degree preferred
  • Minimum ten years of experience in marketing and sales of analytical instrumentation
  • Expertise with gas, oxygen, and moisture analyzing equipment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
