Kappa Search | Chicago Recruiters | Administrative Assistant Job

Kappa Search Inc. is a Chicago recruiting firm that specializes in engineering, technology, manufacturing and sales recruitment and placement. We are currently looking for an administrative assistant for an internal position at our West Loop office. This position will start off as part-time and could go permanent for the right candidate. Responsibilities and requirements as follows:

  • Greet candidates / clients upon arrival
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Make reservations for office functions, trade shows etc.
  • Sign for UPS / receive mail
  • Answer main line phone calls and route accordingly
  • Order office supplies as needed
  • Periodically check fax machine for inbound resume submissions and deliver to the appropriate recipient
  • Responsible for weekly reporting to management / ownership on orders, resumes sent, open positions
  • Keep track of recruiter linked in contacts and match them to open job orders with clients.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline spreadsheet
  • Perform candidate searches
  • Help recruit internal employees
Requirements:

  • College coursework preferred.
  • MS Office proficiency. Word, Excel & MS-Exchange
  • Excellent organization and communications skills
