Texas sales recruiting firm seeks a Business Development Representative

Kappa Search, Inc. is a leading technical sales recruiting firm that specializes in the permanent placement of sales roles. Currently, we are seeking a Business Development Representative for our client. We are specifically looking for someone who can oversee and manage multiple product lines as a means to increase sales and profitability. In addition, this person will be responsible for product training for internal and external sales staff and working closely with the marketing team to enhance product awareness.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide technical expertise to sales team, as needed or requested, to sell product line
  • Support annual marketing plan development
  • Oversee entire life cycle on selected product lines
  • Create sales strategies to target new potential markets


  • Bachelor’s Degree (in Marketing or similar, preferred)
  • At least 5 years of B2B product sales experience
  • 65-85% domestic travel
  • Excellent organizational and management skills
  • Expertise with data mining
